Spotter allows pre-salespeople to connect their corporate email accounts (GSuite and Microsoft) to send emails from within the system.
But if you are unable to email the lead detail, it is possible that 1 of the following 2 scenarios are occurring:
1st Your account is not integrated
2nd The lead does not have a registered email
The button is only active/available if the lead has an email and your account is connected. As soon as you carry out the integration, the button will become available IF THE LEAD HAS AN EMAIL REGISTERED IN THE CONTACTS:
So if this button doesn't appear for you, check if your email is integrated and if the lead has a registered contact with an email ;)
The same goes for the email button on the lead contact:
Remember to seek the necessary information to develop the relationship with your lead and have the best results of connections and returns. This will make a lot of difference in your qualification ;)
