Creating and Editing Steps :

It is through this feature, together with the filters (Questionnaires), that the Spotter Sales Funnel will be designed.

How to create or edit a step?

By clicking on the gear icon, the Lead Base Configuration screen (Funnel) will open — there, just click on the  Create Step option.

a. Step name: Define the name that best suits you;

b. Position: Inform the place where this step must appear;

c. Exit Action: Indicates what action the lead needs to take to exit the current Step.

i. Filter  = Indicates that after the current step, the next step is  qualification  by filter (questionnaire)

ii. Pass manually  = Type of step that allows the transition of the lead manually, without actions.

iii. Schedule  = Indicates that after qualifying the current step, the next action is  scheduling the meeting.

For example: We are creating Step Filter 2. If the lead is  qualified  in Filter 2, his next action is to go to the  Meeting Scheduling  .

d. Default filter: When the output action is a filter, in this field you must link which filter it will go to. If the  Automatic questionnaire selection  option is selected, in addition to the default filter, questionnaires for specific Segmentation Rules where the lead fits can be configured. This will allow for a greater branching of questions according to the need and possibility of offering to the lead.

e. Assessment: Used for steps configured after  scheduling , with the objective of the seller to provide feedback on the meeting.

f. Permissions: Defines the type of interaction that the salesperson and pre-salesperson can have with the created step. You can  interact with, view, or hide the step .

It is on this screen that edits will also be made to the Funnel and respective stages, in addition to its structure:

To duplicate or delete a step, just click on the ellipses next to the selected one and confirm the action:

After all necessary edits and creations, just click  Save.

Common questions:

1) Is it possible to manipulate the step that has a linked lead?

No, only when it runs  out of leads can it edit .

2) What are the letters between the stages of the Sales Funnel?

The letters indicate how the lead moves to the next step — it always refers to the  previous step Example: The first M,  in the image, refers to the Follow 2  step that leads move to the next step, Start , manually. The  means that the leads pass through the application of a Filter.
