Move leads between funnels

Need to change a funnel lead? No problem! Now you can skip leads from any stage of one funnel to almost any stage of another funnel. But it is necessary to activate some options in the settings:

The feature needs to be enabled in Settings  →  Advanced Settings →   Lead Base. "Skip Steps" also needs to be enabled. 

After activating, exit and re-enter Spotter. Now, all leads will have a step change icon on the funnel screen:

By clicking, you can choose which stage in which funnel the lead should go.

We need to reinforce some important information:

• You can only skip leads to steps before booking and sales. This improvement is mapped
• This can compromise Dashboard metrics. You are warned both when activating and with that ⚠️ icon on the Dashboard
• After jumping into another funnel, you still have the possibility to undo the action. But only while you don't do any more action with the lead , skip step works just the same ;)

So use it wisely and let your manager know about transfers between funnels.
