Requirements for using Exact Spotter

Exact Spotter is a cloud application, so its services run in the cloud and are not installed on the user's machine.

However, in order for you to have the best system performance, we suggest that Exact Spotter users' machines have the following minimum requirements : 

• 7th generation Intel Core i3 processor or AMD Rhyzen 3
• 4 Gb RAM memory
• SSD storage
• HD monitor with 1280×720 resolution.

Some Spotter add-ons, such as webphone, have different minimum requirements. For webphone , we consider minimum requirements  for using the tool: 

• Processor: 7th Gen Intel Core i3 or AMD Rhyzen 
• RAM Memory: 4 Gb
• Storage: SSD
• Connection: 10mbit (next to the Wifi router)
• Headset: P2 Connection

However, some settings can further improve the user experience with Exact Spotter. Cc onwe consider ideal requirements for using the tool with webphone:

• Processor: 8th generation Intel Core i5
• RAM Memory: 6 Gb
• Storage: SSD
• Connection: 20mbit (wired)
• Headset: USB connection

Remembering that the browser oriented to use the tool is Google Chrome. Some Spotter applications may not perform optimally on other browsers.
