How to integrate Hubspot Marketing with Spotter? - Spotter V2

HubSpot Marketing  helps your team increase traffic, convert leads, and track your entire funnel all in one place. Integrate with HubSpot MKT and help your company manage  leads  and generate more sales opportunities for your sales team.  

Follow the steps outlined below to  quickly and easily integrate Exact Spotter  with  HubSpot  :

1. Login to the Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account . Enter your email and password, then click  Sign In . 

2 . Go to  Settings  >  Integrations .

3 .  In the Integrations  menu, go to  Digital Marketing  and select the  Hubspot Integration option . 

4 . Click  Authorize;

5 . You will be redirected to the HubSpot MKT page . Log  in   and select the account you want to integrate (if you have more than one).

Performing the Integration in HubSpot Marketing

1. Go to the HubSpot Marketing website  and  log in ; 

2. In the main menu, go to  Automation  >  Workflow ;

3. Create  Workflow;

4. Select a  Default Template  or  start from scratch by choosing a flow type. 

5. After configuring the main actions of your Workflow, click on  +  to add a  new action ;

Select  Trigger Webhook ;

6.Configure your Webhook and enter the default URL for integration with Spotter;

group = optional_group/source = optional_source / sub-source = optional_sub- source

7. To get the  token_app_exact , access Spotter with the Manager profile and go to  Settings  >  Integrations > Token Exact Api menu.

NOTE : Group, Origin and Sub Origin are optional information to use in the Workflow. When using it, make sure that the names configured in the URL are exactly the same as those created in Spotter.

IMPORTANT:  Information is sent from Spotter to Hubspot Marketing after disposal, whether automatic or manual.
