Average time

Knowing the time between actions and stages of your funnel can be essential in defining goals and resources for your operation. Thinking about the importance of this information, we developed the average time card. To use it, just add it to the Dashboard like any other  custom dash  ;)

The card shows, starting from the origins, the average time from lead registration to actions:

  • of the first connection attempt, regardless of whether it was successful or not: restricted to calls through the Spotter webphone
  • first booking, regardless of how many bookings your funnel has: considers the first time the booking button was clicked on the lead
  • completion of the lead's first activity
  • and sale

The card respects the lead entry in its last cycle. Therefore, if a lead was created in 2019 but was retrieved in a new cycle last week, it will count from the time of entry in this new cycle until the action (1 week, not 4 years):

For example, on average it takes a few seconds to book a lead that came from Ads, but 12 days to book someone that came from Inbound.

The Card shows metrics referring to leads that entered the base or were retrieved in the selected period.

Clicking on the name of the source displays the details with all the leads considered in the period (the default period is always the last month):

In the last line of both the card and the detail, the general average of that action is displayed. In the example, the average time between lead creation and scheduling is 4 days.

IMPORTANT:

  • The card shows leads registered or recovered in the selected period, by default the last month.
  • We are talking about the first time it happens: the first call, the first activity, the first booking (of this cycle), the sale. If, for example, a meeting is canceled and rescheduled, the period until the first scheduled meeting will be considered.
  • We still haven't been able to see this by cycle (or filter the cycle, or have a column with the lead's current cycle) but we've already mapped this improvement.
  • In the case of Multiple Funnels, leads from the funnel selected at the top of the screen are considered, not from the entire Spotter. At least for a while.
