Time for the pre seller is precious!

To facilitate time management and daily production, you will have indicators on your Dashboard that will assist you in self-management.

The indicator boxes are called “card” and each one of them will present different information for your personal control.

Call Time Card

This card  allows the monitoring of the total time dedicated to making calls in the daily routine of the Pre-Seller, if there is integration with Voip ( Voip is the technology that allows making and receiving calls using an internet connection) . Each day, the card resets and resets the counting of the minutes connected.

Answered Calls Card (connections)

This card shows the number of total calls on which connections took place, that is, the number of calls that were answered.

Card Schedules

This card counts all appointments made on the day.

Card Points

Points received during the month are counted on this card.

These points are sent by the seller after the time when the visit was scheduled. After this time, Spotter sends the seller a public link so that he can access the Visit Feedback and answer some questions in order to qualify the visit. After completing this assessment, the system receives and counts the points reached according to that qualification.

Card Quality of meetings

Displays the percentage of scheduled meetings that received a positive review over the current month.

By default, meetings are considered positive if they obtained a hot or very hot rating in the meeting feedback. This setting can be changed to understand other assessments, as long as requested by Exact Sales support by the account manager.

Activity Management Card

It is possible to manage the day's activities and overdue activities. On this screen, you can mark activities as completed, edit them and delete activities. In addition, at the top of the card, there are quick activity status filters. These filters allow you to view only the delayed, completed and planned activities.

Feedback feedback

In addition to viewing the received and pending feedbacks, it is possible to resend the feedbacks directly from the Dashboard. This functionality must be released by the manager in the pre-salesperson profile.

The conversion table has been replaced by the conversion graph. This chart indicates how many leads have gone through each stage in the selected period. You can view the production for the day, week, current month and last month.
