It is possible to work with more than one dashboard simultaneously in your Spotter, in addition to editing and configuring the preferred cards that will be shown.
How to register a Dashboard
When logging in to your Spotter and being directed to the Dashboard, just click the [ ] button in the top right corner.
After clicking on the option, go to Register and a window will appear to start creating the new Dashboard:
In this new window, it will be possible to select the title of the new dashboard, as well as the profiles that will be enabled for viewing it. It will also be possible to make it available by groups, if you have registered more than one.
After performing the general configuration of the new dashboard, the next step is to indicate which cards will be shown by clicking on the [+] button located below the general configurations.
Now it will be necessary to include titles for the cards, as well as which reports will be shown:
After creating and configuring the new dashboard, it is also possible to edit the fields, according to preference.
IMPORTANT: There is a difference in visualization for Manager(s), Pre-salesperson(s) and Salesperson(s) — when creating another dashboard, it is possible to identify which profiles will have access to the Dashboard, as shown in the print above.
How to edit or change the view of Dashboards and Cards:
In the right corner you can find the editing options and settings:
By clicking on the pencil icon, the initial settings window will open — more cards can be added if you want by clicking on the [+] icon .
IMPORTANT: In cases where the Manager prefers that a certain group or pre-seller/seller view certain cards, it will be necessary to create different groups with these users. Also, cards and their contents can be viewed according to targeting rules, read this article to learn more about .
