The Super Goal should be used as an incentive (reward) for your team to go after a result even greater than what you expect.
Can I set up a Super Goal for each pre-salesperson?
No, the reason for this is simple. Think of your pre-sales as a team where everyone needs to reach that Super Goal.
But what if my pre-salespeople have different workloads?
Well, in that case you should think of a Super Goal that is proportional to the total hours of work, so nobody is harmed and you can set an achievable goal.
How to configure the Super Goal Bonus?
To access the goals tab you must follow the following path:
Settings > Manage Goals, Scores and Bonuses.
When entering the Goals tab, you will have the possibility to configure the “ Super Goal ”. clicking General Goals.
Define between pre-salesperson and salesperson and apply the desired Super goal.
