Setting pre-sales goals helps motivate the pre-salesperson to reach their goals and know what they need to do to achieve them. It also allows the Pre-Sales Manager to monitor the productivity and effort of each pre-salesperson.
To register the Pre-Sales Targets, simply perform the following steps:
1. Settings > Manage Goals, Scores and Bonuses.
2. Click General Goals to open the goal registration screen.
2.1 Complete Team Goals:
IMPORTANT: This record of goals is for all pre-salespeople, if a pre-salesperson has a different goal from the others, step 3 must be followed.
3. To enter an individual goal for each Pre-Seller, register in the Goals section . Just find the name of the Pre-Salesperson you want to change and click on the Pencil icon " " next to Super Goal > Edit . After filling in the fields, click Save .
In this way, you have completed the registration/editing of the Pre Sellers' Goals.
