Discard reasons, as the name implies, are the reasons why a lead will be discarded. By default, Spotter already has some reasons for pre-defined discards, but new reasons can also be registered.
To view or configure new reasons, follow the steps below:
1. Using a Manager account, access the Settings > Manage Defaults menu.
2. Go to Discard Reason
3. To create a new discard reason click on CREATE:
4. To edit just click on the pencil icon next to the blue switch
5. To enable or disable a discard reason just click on the blue switch " ", when it turns gray " " it means the item has been disabled.
6. To delete a discard reason, just click on the 3 dots and then click delete.
