How to use the "Market" Permission - Spotter V2

This permission is intended to grant access to the Patterns menu so that the Pre-Seller can carry out inclusions, editions and exclusions of   Markets  .

Markets are  the   areas where companies operate. In Spotter, it is used to better qualify the   lead  registration .

IMPORTANT:   When implementing Spotter, the implementer performs a standard registration of the main market areas, facilitating the process so that the pre-salesperson can identify and carry out the market link in the lead registration.

If you want to register, edit or delete markets, follow the step by step below.

1.   Log   in to the  Exact Spotter  page  . 

a. Enter your email and password and click   Sign in  .

 

2.   Access the menu   Settings > Manage Patterns > Markets. 

3.   To create a new registration, just click on   create,   define its name and   save. 

 

 


4.   To   delete   a registered market, just click on the 3 dots (  ) and go to  delete. 


 

 

a. Spotter   does not allow   excluding a market that already has a link with a   lead  However, the market can be  disabled  by leaving the last options in the list of markets (bottom of the page) as   inactive  . To activate, just click on the blue switch.

  

Even if the market is inactive in Spotter, the market is still linked to the   lead record  .

5.   To   edit   a registered market, just click on the pencil icon to   edit




a. Pay attention to the message displayed when   editing   a market. The   name change will be applied to all   leads   that contain the respective market   linked   in their registration.
