In order for the Manager to have a view of all calls made through the software, it is possible to use the Call Extract function.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Manager account .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login .
2. After login, access the side menu Link Extract.
3. Perform lead searches by Lead , pre-seller or by period . As you place the filters, the extract will update automatically.
4. It is possible to listen to the calls by clicking on the download icon.
