In order to optimize the work routine of Spotter users , Exact Sales has developed the feature to duplicate leads .
This resource is generally used when the lead is interested in more than one type of product offered.
In this way, two negotiations are created, keeping the lead 's registration and timeline organized, in addition to avoiding confusion between the interests shown.
1 . Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In .
2 . After login, access the lead 's registration by searching for the name or through the menus Lead/Opportunity > Lead Base (Funnel) or Lead List .
3 . After that, click on the three dots (
) in the Leads Base or on the arrow (
) in the Leads List, both next to the name of the lead you want to duplicate, located in the upper right corner.
4 . A box will open with several options of what to do with the lead. Click Duplicate Lead .
5 . When you click on duplicate lead, a message will open. Read the message carefully and click duplicate.
There you go, duplicate lead .
