Email tracking in the email center

In the spotter, it is possible to check if the e-mail was opened by the customer through the Tracking functionality, thus indicating the date and time that the customer opened the message.

Tracking can be done from e-mail contacts registered with the spotter or not, but for tracking to indicate the opening of e-mails, the sending must be obligatorily from the spotter's e-mail center.

But here there are a lot of eyes and the lead didn't open the email...

Some email providers may have content verification routines. In this way, the email is "read" by a firewall and this record is also in Spotter.

We are currently unable to remove this type of situation from the tracking list, but we are always looking for new solutions for our customers.
