To send a direct email using the lead's details, simply access their page and click on one of the available options.
IMPORTANT: It is only possible to send emails via lead detail and email center with a pre-seller account.

It is also possible to reply to an email, in the same thread, which is recorded in the lead's timeline.
To do this, on the lead's details page, identify the email in the timeline.
Then click View Full Email.
After reading, you can click to reply to sender, reply to all, and forward.
When an email is sent (or answered) to a registered contact, it will be recorded in the lead's timeline.
