In Exact Spotter V2 to import leads via spreadsheet for specific steps or funnels, just fill in this information directly in the columns of the import spreadsheet:
IMPORTANT: if you fill in the Step column, in the funnel column it is mandatory to put the name of the funnel to which the step is configured.
If you do not fill in these 2 columns, the leads will be imported into the 1st stage of the STANDARD funnel.
If only the name of the stage is filled in, without the funnel column being filled in as well , the system will only look in the standard funnel and if it finds a corresponding stage, that is where the lead will be imported.
IMPORTANT: If the system does not find a funnel or stage match, the lead will be registered in the 1st stage of the standard funnel .
This can occur when the spelling is not 100% the same as what is registered in the system. For example, if in Spotter you have a step registered as Filter1, with no space between the filter and 1, in the worksheet it needs to be written exactly the same.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to import into a step where the input form is sales.
It is also possible to import to different funnels in the same worksheet, correctly filling in the name of the stages and corresponding funnels.
