How to send leads via Hubspot automation to different funnels?

If you use Multiple Funnels and need specific leads sent to different funnels, this is possible using webhook submission URLs. To do this, just add the command /funil=FunilName to the sending URL .

Some precautions are important:

  • Do not include special characters  and letters with accents: ã, é, -, _, ç, ! etc. Any special character makes the integration not work, so you need to change the name of the funnel in Spotter too
  • The Funnel Name needs to be spelled exactly the same as in the Spotter system
  • In the case of a compound name, for example: Pre Vendas, the space must be replaced by %20, for example:

https://api.exactspotter.com/hubspot/v1/SEUTOKEN/funil=Pre%20Vendas

  • If your funnels have names with special characters in Spotter, we strongly recommend changing them.
  • This setting is valid for both webhook and automation flow;
  • The name of the word " funnel " must be in lowercase

IMPORTANT:  if a funnel configured in the URL is inactive, the lead will be sent to the default funnel. The same will happen if the URL funnel is not found.

Just configure it within Hubspot and that's it, your leads will be directed to specific funnels.
