This YOURTOKEN part is your Exact Spotter account token, you can find this information in the integrations menu .

If you use Webhook with conversion trigger, check if the events below are listed or if they are blank:
If you don't specify which events are sent to Spotter, any conversions the lead undergoes will already be a trigger for sending it to Exact Spotter, including discard events. When the lead is discarded in Spotter because it is not qualified in the filter, for example, the discard event is sent to the RD.
You can select some events to be sent to RD or not in the integration settings page :
If, even after all these verifications, everything is correct and your lead is being retrieved improperly in Spotter, contact our team via chat or email, and send us all those screens in which you performed the verifications, and the links to the leads in Spotter and RD. Without this information, it will not be possible to provide an assertive service, okay?
