How to perform field mapping between RD Station and Spotter? — Spotter V2

Field mapping is used to send  data  between  Spotter  and  RD Station Marketing.  It is required in cases where there are custom fields created in Spotter or RD Station. To configure the field mapping, it is necessary that the general integration  is already configured. To learn more about how the integration with RD Station works, click here .  


IMPORTANT:  If there are only standard fields, the  mapping is automatic  and this configuration is  not required.

Follow the steps described below to map  Exact Spotter  fields with  RD Station  quickly and easily:

1.  Login  to  the Exact Spotter page  with a  Manager account . 

a. Enter your email and password, then click  Sign In .

 

2.  After  login , go to the side menu Settings  >  Integrations  >  Digital Marketing and  click on the Field Mapping button  . 

 


 

3.  Select the custom fields you want to configure in the Sending  (from Spotter to RD Station) and  Receiving  (from RD Station to Spotter) steps  . 



 

 

4.  Define the  detail of the previous field  that will be sent in the integration. For example: if before you selected  State , now you will be presented with options such as  State Name It will be the same with the other fields. 


5.  Select the  RD  Station field   where you want the record sent from Exact Spotter to be  inserted.


 

6.  After selecting and completing all field links, click  Save  in the lower right corner.

7.  The grid below will list all fields mapped between Exact Spotter and RD Station. After performing all the mappings, click  Save. 


 That's it, your configuration is done.
