A Digital Marketing source lead can continue to interact with your materials, even after being with the commercial team. And being able to monitor these interactions can help a lot in the relationship with the lead.
If you need new RD MKT conversions to be registered in Spotter, it is possible to do it both via webhook and via automation flow. The difference is that:
- for webhook, it is not possible to restrict the number of conversions in the same event
- in the automation flow, as it contains other settings, you can define whether only the first conversion or all conversions will be sent, and this separated by event.
Let's do it via webhook first, go to the integrations page and create a new webhook:
The image URL is for illustrative purposes only, if you have questions about URL construction, see the material on advanced integrations .
In the image example, from the moment the webhook is activated, all new lead conversions in the selected events will be recorded in Spotter's timeline like this:
It will not be recorded what the conversion was or details of it, just that there was a new conversion. And if a lead is discarded in Spotter, it will be recovered.
If you have set up a similar webhook for sending leads to Spotter with the conversion trigger, it is not necessary to create a new webhook, only if the trigger used was an opportunity one or if the conversions are different (in this case, if a lead has not yet been registered in Spotter, it will be registered through this submission). It is suggested to add the /origem=MANTER command to the sending URL so as not to change the origin of leads already registered in Spotter.
For automation flows, if you want to send each and every conversion, the configuration suggestion is this:
Under Automation Flow Settings, allow the lead to be able to go through the flow more than once. This will make it register in Spotter more than one conversion in the same event, for example.
Remember to apply the setting so that only New Leads go through this flow:
All articles must have left alignment, justified text and no paragraph spacing. When starting a new paragraph, always skip a line.
And define the flow entry condition:
We suggest using conversions in events, as it is not possible to remove the lead from a segmentation via the automation flow, this will make the lead go through the flow only once.
Define the lead entry conditions, which can be a combination of factors, giving more settings opportunities than the webhook (the settings in the image are for illustrative purposes only):
Configure the next step, adding the URL for sending the conversions (the settings in the image are for illustrative purposes only) :
You can add other actions to the flow if it makes sense for your operation.
Remember to check the method of sending leads to Spotter to define the sending of conversions and ensure that information is not exchanged along the way.
IMPORTANT: Spotter uses the lead's email as the query key. If a lead is already registered in Spotter, this conversion will be added to your timeline, even if the lead was registered manually. /origem=MANTER prevents the lead's origin from being updated to a new origin, at the time of conversion registration.
