Performing advanced integrations from RD Station to Spotter - Spotter V2

It is possible to perform some advanced integrations with RD Station, namely:

• Send the  Lead  to a specific group of pre-salespeople;
• Send with a specific origin or with a sub-origin;
• Send  Lead  with balanced distribution by origin;

To carry out the advanced settings, it is necessary that the  URL  in the  marketing automation is  already  configured . Find out how to perform this configuration in the  Integration with RD Station article ,  by clicking here .

Sending  Leads  with  Specific Source.

1. To configure the sending of Leads with a specific origin, just add    the terms  /origem=NOMEDORIGEN at the end of the URL  (the name of the origin must be written  exactly  as in Exact Spotter.)

IMPORTANT:  
1) Do not include special characters; 
2)  In the case of Origin with a compound name , for example: Inboud Marketing, the space must be replaced by %20 in the URL, for example: 
https://api.exactsales.com.br/rd/v1/SEUTOKEN/origem= Inbound %20 Marketing 
3)  This setting is valid for both webhook and automation flow.

Sending  Leads  with  specific Sub-Origin.

2.  To configure the sending of  Leads  with a  specific sub-origin  , just add    the terms /origin=NAMEOFORIGIN /suborigin=NAMEOFSUBORIGIN at the end of the URL  (the name of the sub-origin must be written  exactly  as in Exact Spotter.)

IMPORTANT : 
1) Do not include special characters; 
2)  In the case of a Sub-Origin with a compound name , for example: Campanha Site, the space must be replaced by %20 in the URL, for example: 
https://api.exactsales.com.br/rd/v1/YOURTOKEN/ origin=Marketing/suborigin= Campaign %20 Website 
3)  This configuration is valid for both webhook and automation flow

IMPORTANT :  When informing the sub-origin, the origin  must not  be informed in the URL. When informing the sub-origin, the Exact Spotter system will always place the origin to which it is linked in the system.

Sending  Leads  to a Group  of People.

3.  To configure the sending of  Leads  to a  certain group of people,  just insert   the terms  /group=NOMEDOGRUPO at the end of the URL  (the group name must be written  exactly  as in Exact Spotter.)

IMPORTANT:  Do not include special characters in the group name.

4.  It is also possible to link a  group  to an  origin  or  sub-origin , for that, just insert the terms  /group=NOMEDOGRUPO/origin=NOMEDAORIGEM  (or  sub-origin ) at the end of the url. 

Balance by Origin

5.  To select the pre-seller with the lowest number of  Leads  received, with the  informed origin  or with the  oldest history of receiving a  Lead , just insert   the terms  /ORIGEMBALANCEAR=TRUE at the end of the URL  (so that there is balance it is  necessary  to put  TRUE ).

Keep Origin

6.  It is possible to send the lead to Spotter with the same origin that it was initially sent, for that just insert  the terms  /ORIGEMMANTER=TRUE  at the end of the URL  . This feature is used when the marketing team wants to keep the initial lead source. With this option, leads already registered in Spotter will not have their origin changed.

If it is a new lead, a new registration, this option does not automatically bring the origin of the lead in the RD, the lead will be registered according to the origin of the URL (Sending Leads with a specific Origin or Sub-Origin) or the Integration.
