Is your automation flow or webhook configured, but Spotter is still not receiving leads via integration with RD Station? We've seen this happen, in most cases, some information or configuration was missing.
So let's go over here all the points that need conference. Save these images to send us, in case it is not possible to solve everything through the article ;)
First of all, let's review the URL:
https://api.exactsales.com.br/rd/v1/YOURTOKEN/
This YOURTOKEN part is the token of your Exact Spotter account, you can find this information in the integrations menu :
So whenever you see YOURTOKEN in our materials, that's the code we're talking about, okay? Now, come on!
The first step is:
1 - Check if the webhook or automation flow has been created and is in the correct format.
Check Webhook:
On the RD platform, perform the following checks:
Check that the flow configuration is correct and that the URL is respecting the pattern:
Check Automation Flow:
Make sure Flow is active
Make sure the flow configuration is correct and the URL is respecting the pattern
NOTE : Indicating the Origin / Sub-Origin / Group in the url is optional, and to understand how this option works, access the article Clicking Here .
Check if your URL token is the same code as in Spotter.
In the case of using groups, origins and sub- origins, check if they are registered in Spotter and the name is the same, including uppercase and lowercase letters. Only Origin can contain a space in the name . In case of Origin with compound name, for example: Inboud Marketing, the space must be replaced by %20 in the URL, for example:
https://api.exactsales.com.br/rd/v1/SEUTOKEN/origem=Inbound %20 Marketing
2 - If the Webhook or the Automation Flow are correct, it's time to check if the lead obeys the rules configured in the Webhook or in the Automation Flow, for example:
For the leads to enter the flow above, it must have converted in the selected event, that is, Integration Test, otherwise the lead will not enter this flow, so it will not be sent to Spotter.
The same rule applies to the Webhook, if it has an event listed, the lead must have converted in the same or one of the events listed there, or if the trigger is an opportunity, the lead will only enter the webhook after being marked as an opportunity.
IMPORTANT: All leads must have a registered contact with an email to be correctly sent to Spotter.
If even after all these checks everything is correct and your lead is not going to Spotter, get in touch with our team via chat or email, and send us all those screens in which you made the checks. Without this information, it will not be possible to provide an assertive service, okay?
