What information does Spotter receive from RD CRM

SpotterV2 is prepared to receive updates (gain/loss/recovery) of leads worked on in RD CRM and that have been sent from the integration between Spotter and RD CRM. 

Very important note: Only leads sent from now on will receive these actions update . 

It is important to pay attention to 2 limitations imposed by RD CRM:

  1. It is not possible to receive gain/loss/recovery of leads if the RD CRM account is integrated with the RD MKT account, in Spotter it is not a problem to have integration between the two, however if there is this integration in the CRM, this integration will be prioritized
  2. We only receive this update in the Spotter of the Opportunities (Deals)  created  in the CRM from the Spotter, that is, if it is an Opportunity edition ( reusing), we will not receive the gain, loss and/or recovery update


How to perform integration for SpotterV2?

1. RD CRM Platform
To start receiving Opportunities updates,  it will be necessary to activate the integration on the RD CRM platform, that is, inform the customer's  Exact Api Token  found in Settings > Integrations, choose the sending step, check "Activate integration" and Save.

Even if the account already has this integration, it will be necessary to save again .



2. Spotter
If your account already has the integration performed on the Spotter side (Settings > Integrations) , nothing needs to be changed.

Differences between Integration in SpotterV1 and SpotterV2

Although it is mandatory to inform the sending step when activating the integration in RD CRM, this information is completely ignored in Spotter v2, what matters is the lead sending step that was configured in Spotter through the Settings > Integrations screen.


For example, if the step of sending the lead to the CRM was defined as "Filter 2" in the integration configuration in Spotter, when applying "Filter 2", the lead will be sent to the CRM automatically and after that, if the sale, we will receive the sale update in Spotter.

In case the sending step to CRM is configured as "Scheduling" in Spotter, when rescheduling a lead, the update will be performed in RD CRM as well, soon we will receive update of gain/loss/recovery of this lead (as long as it has been created by Spotter and has not been reused!).
