How to Use Data Inconsistency in Spotter | Searching?

Searching data is periodically updated to keep it current. However, updating gaps may occur, since some data (entered in the federal revenue by the prospect himself) are not ideal. An example is when the company puts in the contact data, the data of its contactor or its accounting firm.

Seeking to increasingly improve the list of   Searching  prospects , Exact Sales developed the Data Inconsistency Signaling feature  in Spotter

Because it's important?

The resource aims to inform inconsistent data of the   acquired prospects  through the signaling of pre-sellers.

For example: If the pre-salesperson is going to send an email to the  lead  and identifies that this email is not valid, he can signal the inconsistency of this data, so that it is sent to  Searching With this, Searching will continue working on improvements and  will avoid  making this  prospect available  again with invalid information.

IMPORTANT:  Users with a pre-seller profile will only be able to access  Searching  if permission has been granted by their Manager.

How to use Data Inconsistency?

Follow the steps described below to learn how to flag data inconsistency quickly and easily:

There are two ways to flag data inconsistency:

Signaling, without changing lead data   and;

Signaling, changing incorrect information to correct information (vis Spotter, V1 only).

Flagging, without changing lead data

1.  Log in to the  Exact Spotter page .

a. Enter your email and password, then click  Sign In .

2.  Access the registration of a  lead  that was sent to the Spotter base, coming from a  Searching list .

TIP :  To identify the  lead  quickly, do an advanced search in the menu  Leads  >  List of Leads , where the  Source  is equal to “Prospecting Searching”.

3.  After opening the lead register  ,  click on the three dots icon ( ) and select the option Flag inconsistency .

4. Next, a new screen will open for you to indicate which information is inconsistent. Check all options that have inconsistencies and click  SEND.

Okay, now you've flagged the inconsistency of this data and with that, you'll receive additional credit to use in  Searching.

Changing lead data   and flagging data inconsistency.

The second signaling option is very similar to the first (demonstrated above), where the main difference is the inclusion of the correct  lead information  acquired in  Searching

Example:  The pre-salesperson identified that the  lead 's phone number  is incorrect and also already knows which one is correct. Instead of simply signaling the inconsistency, it will include the correct data.

After changing the information and saving the lead registration,   the following message will be displayed:

Click  SEND  to signal the information change and earn additional credit to use in  Searching.

NOTE:  Currently, changing data only exists in version 1 of the spotter. So if you are from version 2, you will only be able to do the first path shown initially.

But just send the correct data together with the lead link to suporte@exactsales.com.br with the subject:  Correction of Searching data and we will evaluate and insert the extra credit ;)

IMPORTANT:  The  lead  can only receive an inconsistency flag. Before clicking  submit , make sure you have marked all inconsistent information .

In addition to signaling, Spotter has some differentials to improve this delivery when compared to other solutions for creating lists, such as the  Contact Finder  / Email Validator .

You can use these features combined with prospected leads via searching. In this case, from the registration of a lead, you can search for contacts by certain positions directly through linkedin. Just go to Lead Details > Contacts > Contact Finder (and/or email validator). We provide a monthly free credit for this feature,  this feature will be essential for your day to day. Enjoy
