What is Contact Finder?
The Contact Finder is a feature available to Pre-Sales and Managers who need to find the right contacts for their respective leads. Through an advanced search on Google and LinkedIn , this feature provides the following information within Spotter:
the name of the contact;
the company to which it belongs;
and your LinkedIn profile.
What are the benefits of using Contact Finder?
One of the main benefits of this resource is the possibility for the Pre-Salesperson to obtain the name of decision makers and be more assertive in their calls, instilling confidence that you know the person and avoiding asking to “speak with the person in charge of the department”.
In addition, there are other benefits such as:
Invest little time looking for contacts;
Avoid opening multiple tabs, working more focused;
Connect with your contacts and facilitate prospecting;
To use this feature, just follow these steps:
1. With Spotter login , access the Lead Details page .
How do I access the Lead Details page?
a. On the Lead Base (Funnel) page , click the Lead's name.
b. On the Lead List page , click on the desired lead.
2. On the Lead Details page , under Contacts , click the Find Contact button .
3. A pop-up window will open. In it you will find the Company Name field (which will already be filled in with your lead's name) and Position Name .
4. Fill in the Job Name field with the required occupation. For example: CEO , Director , Manager , etc.
5. Click Search .
NOTE: By clicking Clear , both fields will be cleared.
6. A search will be performed. If your lead has employees listed on LinkedIn, up to 10 contacts will be listed, with their respective profiles and positions.
a. You can confirm your contact's profile by clicking Open Website .
b. You can also copy the link from your contact's profile by clicking Copy Link
.
7. Add your contacts by selecting them and then click Add .
8 . On the Lead Details page , under Contacts , you will be able to observe all contacts added.
NOTE: If you want to standardize the imported contacts, you can change the title by clicking on Edit Contacts .
IMPORTANT¹: Each account (company using Spotter) has a limited amount of free monthly searches available to use among their respective users (Managers and Pre-Salespeople). This amount is renewed each month. Acquired credits also follow the same dynamics, being reset monthly.
9. You will be able to consult the number of searches available by observing the number below the Company Name field.
IMPORTANT²: You can add as many contacts as you want. However, with each search performed, the number of available searches will decrease.
