How to track calls in real time? Discover it with the Phone Panel

Get to know the Telephony Panel and increase the possibilities of assisting in the rapid development of the pre-seller.

 

• Listen to the pre-seller call in real time;

• Chat with the pre-seller during the call;

• Participate in the call with the lead;

• Find out quickly who is calling; idle or disconnected from the Webphone.


We know that one of the most important functions in the lead prospecting and qualification process is communication via phone call, as it is at this moment that the most important information for the next decision-making process is collected and confirmed.

 

Thinking about it, the Telephony Panel was created to increase the possibilities of aid, for a quick development, of the pre-seller.

 

IMPORTANT: The Call Feedback feature is only available for calls made through the Exact Spotter Webphone.

 

Follow the step by step below and understand how to do this in a practical way.

 

1.  Log in to the Exact Spotter page . 

The. Enter your email and password and click  Sign in .

2.  Then, access the side menu  Telephony > Panel to have a broad view of the salespeople who are  On Call ,  Idle  or  Logged Out .



In liaison : Pre-salesperson who is in liaison with the lead;

 

Idle : Pre-salesperson who is connected to the Spotter, with the Webphone open, but not connected;

 

Logged Out : Pre-seller who is not logged in to Spotter or has the Webphone closed.

 

3.  To easily identify just apply the filter. The statuses are all selected, so if you want to see only 1 specific status, you need to deactivate the others:

Disconnected:

4.  To listen and/or interact with the lead during the call, simply identify the pre-seller and click on the card that is linked.



NOTE: The Manager's Webphone must be open to perform any of these actions. To open, just click on the phone icon located on the left side of the user name / profile 



Listen to the call : In this option, the Manager will participate only as a listener in the call.

 

Chat with the PV : In this option, the Manager will participate in the call talking only with the Pre-seller.

 

Participate in the three-way call : In this option, the Manager will participate in the call by speaking with the Pre-salesperson and also with the Lead.


This functionality allows the manager to guide the team in real time and can be very useful in the period of training Spotter users, in addition to providing a means of quality auditing in the conversation with your leads ;)
