Custom Fields are used to create new fields in the Lead's registration. In case you need to have more information in the lead's record than those already available by default by Spotter, this option is where the settings and registration of the fields will be made.

Here you can also create  Unique Custom Fields  that will serve as validation at the time of registration so that there is no duplicate Leads in your base, for example, a field for CPF or CNPJ.

To create a Custom Field follow these steps:

1.  Go to the “ Settings ” menu.

2.  Click on “Custom Fields”.

2.1. To create.

3.  Create Field Name .

4.  If the field is required, select the “ Mandatory ” option.

5.  Select the option “ Read Only ” if the data of the created custom field is parameterized via API.

6.  Select the desired “ Field Type ” from the options below:

The. Text:  this field can be used to insert data such as CPF and CNPJ or another field that requires the creation of a mask. This mask serves to fill in according to the registration in the field.

Go to the field and enter the desired mask. Ex: if you want a CPF type field, the mask must be inserted as follows: 999.999.999-99.

To limit the number of characters in the filling, fill in the “ Maximum number of characters ” field with the desired value.

If you want the field to be UNIQUE, select the “ Unique Value ” option. It will be a validation field at the time of registration so that there are no duplicate Leads in your base, that is, it will prevent two equal values from being registered in your base.

B. Long Text:  can be used to create a custom field that requires more detailed information from the Lead. If it is necessary to limit the number of characters in the filling, fill in the field “Maximum number of characters” with the desired value.

If you want the field to be unique, select the “ Unique Value ” option. It will be a validation field at the time of registration so that there are no duplicate Leads in your base.

w. Number:  can only be used to fill in a custom field that requires a number response.

If you want the field to be unique, select the “ Unique Value ” option. It will be a validation field at the time of registration so that there are no duplicate Leads in your base.

d. Single Choice: After selecting “ Single Choice ”, click “ Add Option ” and enter the desired options. You can enter as many options as you like.

If you want to delete any inserted option, click on the “ Delete ” button next to the option.

It is. Multiple Choice:  After selecting “ Multiple Choice ”, click “ Add Option ” and enter the desired options. You can enter as many options as you like. If you want to delete any inserted option, click on the “ Delete ” button next to the option.
