Consult in detail all the contacts who received your emails from the email marketing campaigns.
To do so, access the email cadence, open the campaign you want and scroll to the end of the page.
Next, you will find the Campaign Sends, with detailed information about the sending percentage, sending amount, etc.
IMPORTANT: Access to the e-mail cadence is only possible with a Manager or Pre-Salesperson profile user with permission.
In the History tab, it will present all campaign contacts with their shipping history.
To access the details of each contact, just click on the arrow highlighted in the image below.
It is also possible to send the contact to the blacklist, mark it as an interest or remove it from the campaign.
Blacklist : Removes the contact from all campaigns. He will not receive the next emails from the current campaign and future campaigns;
Mark as Interest : This feature makes contact from prospect to lead. After marking as interested, the lead will be available in the Sales Funnel to start the qualification work;
Remove from Campaign: Removes the contact from the current campaign, but allows it to be included in new campaigns.
