Campaign Dashboard - Spotter V2

Created by Andre Greiner, Modified on Wed, 8 Mar, 2023 at 9:20 AM by Andre Greiner

On the campaign Dashboard you will have a clearer view of the campaign, being able to follow it more precisely due to the graphics, percentage cards and summaries of the steps, referring to the submissions made.

IMPORTANT:  Access to the Email Cadence is only possible by a Manager or Pre-Salesperson account with permission.

To access the campaign Dashboard, just go to Email cadence > Campaigns and select the campaign you want to follow.

The Opens card shows the opening rate for the number of emails sent in the campaign.

The Responses card shows the number of responses regarding the number of emails sent in the campaign.

The Interested card shows interested contacts. It is possible to mark whether the contact is interested in what was proposed in the campaign or not through the  Responses tab . By doing this, it displays the percentage of interested parties referring to the number of contacts on the campaign list.

The Unsubscribed card will count all contacts on the list who unsubscribe via the link in the email  "Are you no longer interested in receiving my emails? Let me know." or you can do so by selecting the Send to blacklist option on the Submissions tab  .

The Bounce card will present the percentage of all emails that did not reach the recipient for some reason.

The Statistics by Step chart is grouped by submission steps. In the example above, there is only one group of data, as it only has one sending step configured. It is a column chart in which it is possible to check, by positioning the mouse over the chart bar, the amount of:

Send  - email was sent to the contact;

On its way  - email has been sent but not yet delivered;

Delivered  - e-mail reached the recipient;

Opened  - contact opened the received email;

Reply  - contact replied to the received email;

With interest  - prospect contact responded and the Spotter user identified that the response was positive (i.e. the contact became a lead);

Not Interested  - Prospect contact responded and Spotter user identified the response was negative;

Unsubscribes  - contact requested to unsubscribe from the campaign;

Bounce  - there was a problem delivering the e-mail (Spam, invalid e-mail, full e-mail box, etc...).

The Best times chart is a column chart, which will indicate the best time to send an email, according to the opening rate of the campaigns.
