How to Create, Edit, Deactivate and Delete a Pre-Seller - Spotter V2

Register a Pre-Seller

To start the journey in Exact Spotter, it is essential to register the people who will use the software.

Below we will demonstrate how to register a Pre-Seller:

1.  On the left side menu, select the  Team option .

2.  In this Team menu there are four upper tabs, in which your team members will be registered: 

• Pre-sellers;

• Sellers; 

• Managers.

• groups

3.  To register a pre-seller, just access the “ Pre-sellers ” tab and click on the blue button: “ Register ”;

4.  On this screen you will enter the registration data for this Pre-seller::

Name : Pre-seller

Last name : Pre-seller's last name

Email : Pre-seller email

Phone 1 : Pre-Seller Phone 1

Phone 2 : Pre-Seller Phone 2

Time Zone : Field where the time zone where the Pre-salesperson works will be inserted. This field is interesting for companies that have salespeople or sales representatives in different time zones;

Business Hours:  Field where the business hours that the Pre-seller works will be inserted. 

5.  Click on “Save”;

6.  That's it, the new Pre-seller has been registered. The access data to the system will be automatically sent to the registered e-mail.

Deactivating a Pre-Seller

After registering a pre-seller, it will no longer be possible to delete him from the system. What can be done is to disable it. Once this is done, he will no longer have access to Spotter. 

To deactivate a pre-seller follow the steps below:

1.  Click on the “ pre-seller ” tab. Clicking will open the list of all registered managers;

2.  Find the Pre-Seller you want to deactivate in the listing. When you find him, click on the blue switch to the right of his name;

3.  When clicked, the Pre-vendor will be deactivated where the switch will be 'grayed out' and will report a message that the user has been deactivated.

That's it, Pre-Seller has been disabled. 

Activating a Pre-Seller

To activate a deactivated manager follow the steps below:

1.  To activate a deactivated Pre-Seller, just click on the gray switch as shown in the print below:

2.  After that, the switch will turn blue and inform you that the user has been successfully activated.

 That's it, the Pre-seller has been activated.
