In Spotter it is possible to register new users to use the software. You can make these entries when you start your journey in our tool or for as long as you stay with us.
Here in this article you will learn how to register, deactivate and activate Managers . Let's go?
Remembering that to make these entries you need to have administrator manager permissions. Make sure you are logged into an account with these permissions.
Registering a Manager
To register a NEW manager follow the steps below:
1. On the left side menu, select the Team option .
2. In this Team menu there are four upper tabs, in which your team members will be registered:
Pre-sellers;
Sellers;
Managers.
groups
3. To register a manager, just access the “ Managers ” tab and click on the blue button: “ Register ”;
4. On this screen you will enter the registration data for this manager::
Name : Manager
Last name : Manager's last name
Email : Manager's email
Phone 1 : Manager's phone 1
Phone 2 : Manager's phone 2.
Admin Manager? - Activate this flag if you want this profile to register new Managers in the future.
5. Click on “Save”;
6. Okay, the new manager has been registered. The access data to the system will be automatically sent to the registered e-mail.
Deactivating a Manager
After registering a manager, it will no longer be possible to delete him from the system. What can be done is to disable it. Once this is done, he will no longer have access to Spotter.
To deactivate a manager follow the steps below:
1. Click on the “ Managers ” tab. Clicking will open the list of all registered managers;
2. Find the Manager you want to deactivate in the listing. When you find him, click on the blue switch to the right of his name;
3. When clicked, the manager will be deactivated where the switch will be 'grey' and will report a message that the user has been deactivated.
Okay, the manager was deactivated.
Activating a Manager
To activate a deactivated manager follow the steps below:
1. To activate a deactivated manager, just click on the gray switch as shown in the print below:
2. After that, the switch will turn blue and inform you that the user has been successfully activated.
Okay, the manager has been activated.
