The lead timeline is on the “ Lead Details” screen and contains all the events that occurred with the lead since registration.
In addition to displaying past events, the timeline also shows which activities are scheduled for the lead in question, and it is also possible to create and edit activities from this screen.
You can enter comments on the lead's timeline from this field:
When pressing enter, the text does not go to the bottom line, the comment is sent to the timeline.
But if you want or need to put information on more than one line, beware. This functionality will allow the user to perform a line break in the text inserted in the timeline, that is, start a new line of text in the same comment. To use the line break, just press the SHIFT+ENTER key combination , as shown in the example below:
Note : By just pressing the ENTER key on the keyboard, it continues sending the comment to the timeline (inserting the typed text) as per the previous behavior.
