With this resource released, the pre-salesperson will be able to insert comments in the lead timeline of other pre-salespeople.
The comments entered vary according to the needs of each company / lead / service, and there is no standard of what should be filled in.
By enabling the permission, the pre-salesperson will have more autonomy to help the team, thus reducing the execution time of the tasks.
Follow the step by step below to release this permission in Exact Spotter.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Manager account .
a. Enter your email and password. Click Sign in .
2. Access the menu Settings > Team > Pre-Salesors > Edit Permissions
3. Release the Comment permission;
IMPORTANT: In order to insert comments into the lead timeline of other pre-salespeople, in addition to obtaining permission specifically for this, your permission level for Viewing Leads must be set to Group, Full or Use the same as the profile (provided that the default profile of permissions are at the allowed cadence).

Within Spotter we have some permission levels for pre-sellers, which can be extremely useful for optimizing processes and access.
• Use Same as Profile : Option that uses the permissions configured in the pre-seller profile.
• Individual: Pre-Seller will have limited access to their own Leads
• Groups: Pre-Salesperson will have limited access to leads corresponding to the group informed when granting access.
• Complete: Pre-Seller will have unlimited access to all Leads registered in the system.
4. After releasing the permission, click Save .

5. It is possible to configure for the pre-salesperson responsible for the lead to be notified by e-mail, when another pre-salesperson inserts a comment in his/her lead . To do so, access the Settings > E-mails menu and enable notification, as shown below.
6. After enabling notification, click Save.
