How to set up Rules for Receiving Leads
By default, when Spotter receives a Lead by integration, the distribution always happens to all active pre-sellers. However, you can configure the form of distribution when receiving Leads by integrating pre-sellers.
There are now 3 distribution rules:
Deliver to all pre-sellers : Default option as it works today.
Deliver only to online pre-sellers : Leads will be distributed to pre-sellers who are online within the last 10 minutes of receiving the lead.
Deliver to pre-sellers as long as they are within their business hours : Leads will be distributed to pre-sellers who are in effect during their business hours at the time the leads are received.
To set it up, just follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings, and click on Integrations.
2. On the integrations configuration screen, select the Rules for Receiving Leads option and in this new area it is possible to choose how the distribution will take place through the options described (as shown in the image below).
IMPORTANT : If you choose to deliver based on the Pre-Seller's business hours, you need to edit their business hours. Click here to understand how to edit a Pre-Salesperson's business hours
3. Remembering that you can disable the delivery of Leads by integration for a specific pre-salesperson (if he is on vacation, for example).
3.1 Access the edition of pre-salespeople in the side menu Team > Pre-salesmen > Edit user. The option to disable will be available (as shown in the 2nd image below).
