If you've inactivated some users but they still appear in the dashboards, don't worry. It is normal to show inactive users while there is data linked to them in the filtered period.
Ex: if a user received leads through integration at the beginning of the month and was later inactivated, on the dashboard for that month he will appear accounting for the leads registered in his base.
This is the default behavior of the system, including in BA they also continue to appear ;)
Can we clarify? Remembering: it should only appear in the analysis period while there is data linked to it.
