In the Workflow functionality it is possible to configure an automatic sending of HSM (acronym for High Structured Message) which is a strategy of structured messages for sending. This is only possible when using (contracting Whatsapp through Exact Spotter).
Within the Workflow Configuration, the user can select how long after the completion of an activity the HSM will be sent, that is, it is possible to configure how long after the completion of an action the next one (sending an HSM) should be performed automatically , example:
We configured the Workflow to send the HSM 10 minutes after completing the Confirm Scheduling activity. So, if the Confirm scheduling activity is completed at 3:00 pm, the HSM will only be sent at 3:10 pm without the need for the user to perform any other action within the system.
But if the goal is to send the HSM automatically after completing the previous action, just set it to 0 Minute(s) .
You can create different templates for different situations. Use this functionality as a productivity catalyst for your team.
