I made the call but the activity is still listed as pending. Why does it happen?
The workflow creates the list of activities automatically, but the execution of the activities and the confirmation of the accomplishment is manual. Currently, the only action the workflow performs, other than creating activities, is automatically retrieving leads based on the discard reason trigger.
Does the workflow not automatically send emails?
No. It is possible to define the template, but the submission is manual.
Can I integrate workflow and e-mail cadence?
Not currently, the features operate independently.
Are there activity notifications for activities configured via Workflow?
Yes, currently the spotter allows activities registered manually and also via workflow to be notified. Just release them in the browser and operating system of the computer (Windows, Linux etc).
