Create a workflow to reduce no-show

To create a workflow that prevents no-shows, you must establish interactions between the pre-salesperson and the lead in the period between the appointment and the meeting. The frequency of interactions and the sending of reminders can significantly reduce the no-show.


In the new workflow:    


1 -  Add a Schedule trigger


2 -  Set an activity to send a confirmation email  30 minutes after scheduling



3 -  Configure an activity to send a confirmation via whatsapp right after completing activity 2. 


4. Configure the automatic sending of an HSM (Whatsapp Business) to confirm the confirmation of the meeting with the lead. This HSM must be sent in advance of the meeting date so that the lead can organize themselves to participate or, in case of withdrawal by the lead, so that you can contact them to engage them again (we recommend 24 hours, but you can adapt to the reality of your prospecting strategy).



5 -  Create an activity to make a call right after completing activity 4.

5.1 -  Alternatively, you can create a generic activity and write, in the notes, an orientation to be carried out 12 to 24 hours before the meeting.
