Error 404

The “Error 404 Not Found” is one of the most common problems you can encounter while browsing the internet, and we have already identified what happens to most Exact Spotter users when they encounter this error.

The likely cause is the browser saving a cached 404 error page in place of the correct content. So you keep seeing the error even when our system works normally for everyone else.

If this happens, we have a few solutions:

1st: Log in using this URL: https://app.exactspotter.com/Account/LogOff

In most cases, the error is resolved this way. But if that doesn't work for you, try accessing Spotter in incognito tab.

1st: Log in and incognito tab:

If not, please reach out to us on the login page chat or help center . If you succeed, let's do the following solution steps 3.

3º On the error page, click exit:

Now clear the browser's cache (remembering that Spotter is approved for Chrome):

  • On your computer, open Chrome
  • In the upper right corner, click More More
  • Click More Tools and Clear Browsing Data
  • At the top of the screen, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Period
  • Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
  • Click on Clear Data

Try to enter the system again, if this is not possible, look for our team in the chat on the login page or help center .
