I'm having problems sending whatsapp messages

WhatsApp is a very good feature, but you may encounter some unexpected situations when you use this feature. And here we are going to explain what happens. Remembering that for some analysis questions, META requires information to proceed with the verifications, and your support will be of great value :0)

So if you come across the following situations:

  • whatsapp messages are taking time to reach the lead number
  • my leads are not receiving the messages that I send through whats
  • I can't send a whatsapp message to a lead

These could be the causes:

1. recipient does not receive message: the META can reject template messages when the META itself makes changes internally on the sent contents. In this case, we will contact you so that the necessary corrections can be applied. We will need examples of leads to be able to solve this case for you.

Another situation refers to the number that does not have a whatsapp account (I know, what do you mean there are people who don't use whatsapp today and day, right?). But yes, the situation is possible. Even if you have sent a message to a number before, it may have canceled whatsapp. But this is very easy to find out.

If you have whastapp web connected, just type in a new tab " wa.me/ " and the number you want to send a message (don't forget to put the ddi), ex:wa.me/+550000000000 . This number, if you are not registered in whatsapp, will return the following message:

If a number doesn't have a whats account, can't you send a message? You can also register the number on your cell phone and try to start a conversation there. If the number is not registered, the following message will be displayed:

But if the number has a whatsapp account and the message still does not reach him, let's analyze it here! So we need an example lead, containing the time and message sent so that the meta can validate the delivery. Exact just sends, but META delivers the message to the recipient.

2. slow delivery: as they use the whatsapp api, it is META's responsibility to handle their traffic, as only META has access to this action. To identify the slowness with the META, we need an example lead, containing the time and message sent so that the meta can validate the delivery time. Exact just sends, but META delivers the message to the recipient.

When we have all the necessary information, both analysis and solution tend to be faster. You can add missing information in the ticket or in the chat ;)

I hope I helped with this information. To the next!
