How to set up quick replies in WhatsApp Business - Spotter V2

You know those messages that are sent every time you talk to a  lead  through  WhatsApp Business ?

 

So, with the aim of optimizing the routine of the professional who is talking to the potential client, we have made available in Spotter the resource for registering quick responses.

 

• Standardize care;

• Optimize the team's service cycle;

• Generate more leads in less time.


To register the quick answers, reproduce the steps described below.

 

1.  First  log in  to Spotter, with the Manager profile user, and access the Settings > WhatsApp Business menu.

 

2.  Then click on the  Quick Replies tab.

 

3.  Click  Add New.

 

4.  When opened, the registration screen containing the following data will be displayed:

a. Name : Quick reply name.


b. Shortcut : Name of the shortcut that will be used to find the quick answer. To use the shortcut and view the saved responses, you must insert a slash ( ) before the name, when typing the message, in the conversation with the lead. 

Example: Imagine that you are registering a quick answer that aims to inform the prices of your product. In the shortcut you can name it as “ price ”. Then, when typing  /price  , Spotter will suggest this ready-made answer. 

c. Keyword : Similar to the shortcut, the keyword aims to facilitate the identification of the quick answer, regarding the subject. Generally used in cases where the shortcut name is not so predictable, facilitating the search using keywords. Up to 3 keywords are allowed for each registered response.



Example: Using the same scenario as the example above, imagine that the shortcut was set to price. If we configure the word value as a key, it will also make it easier when the user searches for that subject, since price and value are “the same thing” and, in addition, the word value is a keyword.


 


5.  After performing the configuration, just save.

 

6.  To use the quick reply, open the conversation with the lead > type “ ” (without quotes) and start typing the shortcut name. Spotter will suggest according to   the described text. Once identified, just click on the shortcut and send the message.
