The Segmentation Rules functionality allows, according to the characteristics of the leads and products to be offered to them, different filters to be applied during conversion through the funnel.
To configure the feature:
1. Go to Settings » Segmentation Rules :
2. On the screen, click Register :
3. Configure the desired name for the Rule and what parameters the lead must have to comply with it. Afterwards, click on Save .
How to apply the Segmentation Rule in the Lead Base (Funnel)
1. With the desired Segmentation Rules saved, go to Lead Base (Funnel).
2. If you already have the step you want to apply the Segmentation Rule to, just click on the Gear ( ) in the upper right corner of the Lead Base and choose the step. If you want to create a new step, just select the Create Step option.
3. On the step editing or creation screen, the process is similar — After choosing the step, in the case of the above print example is the "Links" step, scrolling the mouse down select the option, Automatic Questionnaire Selection :
Choose the survey and targeting rule you want to apply.
Questionnaire: The filter that will be applied if the lead enters the configured rule.
Rule : Rule to which the lead must conform in order for the configured questionnaire to be applied.
IMPORTANT: If the Automatic Questionnaire Selection option is not selected or the lead does not enter the parameters configured in the Rule, the applied questionnaire will be the step's default . The lead needs to meet ALL the parameters configured in the segmentation rule for the questionnaire aimed at him to be opened.

4. After selecting the desired rules and quizzes, click Save.
IMPORTANT: If, when applying the filter, the lead enters two or more different rules, a pop-up will appear asking which of the questionnaires should be applied to him.
IMPORTANT 2: On the Score and Dashboard (Skills card) screens, it will also be possible to distinguish these filters applied using the Segmentation Rule.
