How to skip funnel steps?

Got a referral lead and it doesn't make sense to go through the first steps?

Got a pre-sales prototype running and need to start at a specific step?

Want to skip the stage lead in the funnel?

No problem! This is possible yes, but only manually, ok?

IMPORTANT:  making the lead skip funnel stages compromises the conversion metrics. If you use this functionality, discrepancies will occur in the BA and dashboard.

To enable, go to Settings → Advanced Settings.

In the lead base option, check the " Allow leads to skip steps " box:

Once enabled, usage is quite simple:

In the lead base, just hold the lead and drag it to the desired step:

You can cancel this action right after performing it by clicking on the "Undo skip steps" icon

It is not possible to place a lead in a step where the input action is booking.

IMPORTANT:  the user must have permission to interact in the lead's destination step.

And that way you can advance the lead manually in the funnel ;)

But remember: with great power comes great responsibility. Do not harm the quality of your lead, the funnel and questionnaires guide an assertive prospecting!
