To create a campaign in the email cadence, it is necessary to have registered at least one contact list so that the campaign emails are sent to the contacts contained in that list.
IMPORTANT: Access to e-mail cadence is only possible with a Manager or Pre-Salesperson with permission.
To register a list in the email cadence, access the menu Email Cadence > Lists > Create list.
Choose the desired list type: whether the list will be made up of Leads from the base, Prospects or Dynamic List
lead list
If Leads List is selected , click Add or Create to enter Leads.
On the screen "Search in the lead base", it is possible to filter the leads that will be inserted in the list.
Leads can be filtered by Company Name, Pre-Seller, Seller, Market, Stage in the Funnel, Dates, Location, Source, Contact Data and it also allows you to filter leads without an active campaign.
After applying the filter, select the leads you want to include in the list and click Add.
Forgot a lead? Select the Add Contacts icon highlighted in the image below to reapply filters and find leads.
After selecting all the desired leads, enter a name for the list and click Create.
list of prospects
If Prospect List is selected , click Add or Upload File to enter contacts.
By clicking on Add, the contacts will be inserted individually.
By clicking on Send file , initially download the template, fill it in and then click on Import file to attach.
If any contact imported into the list of prospects is already registered as a contact for a lead, the selection field for the contact will be disabled. This system behavior prevents users from importing duplicate contacts and prevents leads from going through the prospecting process again.
dynamic list
If the selected option is Dynamic List , first configure the permissions settings after completing your edit
After setting the list permissions, you will need to set the
criteria.
What are the criteria in the Dynamic List?
• The criteria
are triggers where if the lead reaches a certain action, his contact will be added to this dynamic list.
Define the inclusion criterion
You can also create more than one inclusion criterion:
When defining more than one criterion, you can define for the lead to meet all the segmentation criteria or any of the criterion.
It is also possible to define if it must meet all the segmentation criteria or if only one of them is enough. This is configured from the OR and AND options.
Another possibility you have is to define another Segmentation with new criterion:
You'll create a segment the same way you created the first one, as per your new needs for segment 2.
When creating a new segmentation, you can also define whether the lead will need to meet all segmentations or just one of them.
