In Exact Spotter, it is possible to release the visualization of leads registered in the base through permission levels . By default, the permission granted to the pre-seller when creating their account is to view their own leads .
If the pre-salesperson obtains the access level to the Groups or to all the leads registered in the system, he/she will be able to perform a personalized filter by pre-salesperson, making it easier to visualize the leads of the sales funnel (or pipeline) .
In this way, the pre-salesperson will easily obtain information from other leads without having to ask you or your team, making your work routine more agile.
Follow the step by step below to release this permission in Exact Spotter.
1. Login to the Exact Spotter page with a Manager account .
a. Enter your email and password. Click Sign in .
2. Access the menu Team > Pre-Salespeople > Configure Permissions
3. Release the View Lead/Opportunity Details permission according to the required level
IMPORTANT: There are two permissions that can affect the view of leads. Viewing in the lists allows the Pre-Salesperson to see the leads in the lists and base, while Viewing Lead Details allows the lead to be accessed and its data verified.
permissions levels
Within Spotter we have some permission levels for pre-sellers, which can be extremely useful for optimizing processes and access.
• Use Same as Profile : Setting that copies the pre-established permissions for the pre-seller you want.
• Individual: Pre-Seller will have limited access to their own Leads
• Groups: Pre-Salesperson will have limited access to leads corresponding to the group informed when granting access.
• Complete: Pre-Seller will have unlimited access to all Leads registered in the system.
4. After releasing the permission, click Save Changes .
