How to build prospect lists on email cadence? - Spotter V2

Creating prospect lists

 

Exact Spotter's e-mail cadence allows you to work with the leads in your base (which are already registered), but it also allows you to send materials to prospects that are not in your base and, based on their interaction with your content , it is included in the Exact Spotter funnel.


1 . To create a list of prospects, go to  E-mail Cadence  and click on the  “LISTS”  tab and then click on  “CREATE LIST”.  


 



 

 

When doing so, a window with three list options will appear “ LIST OF LEADS”  , “ LIST DYNAMIC” and  “LIST OF PROSPECTS”. In this case, click on  “LIST OF PROSPECTS”:



You will then be directed to the prospect list creation interface.


First you must give a name to your list, writing in the field  “LIST WITHOUT NAME”

  


After that you will place your leads, here we have 2 options: click on  “ADD”  or “ SEND FILE”

 

Add:  Here you will manually add lead to lead, filling in some contact information .


 


Send file: Here you will import an excel file (.xls). The default template of this file must be downloaded from the interface itself by clicking on the “download template” button. There is a limit of 2000 rows in the import worksheet.




When doing this, you must insert your prospects in the spreadsheet in the indicated format, and then click on “Import File”.






5. After importing the file in the correct format, select the desired contacts (you can click the box next to “CONTACT” to check all, or check the boxes for specific contacts).


If any contacts imported into the prospects list are already registered as contacts for any leads, the checkbox for the contact will be disabled. This system behavior prevents users from importing duplicate contacts and prevents leads from being

6. Once you finish choosing the leads, just click on “IMPORT SELECTED”




 



Define which pre-salespeople the prospects will be distributed to and click on DISTRIBUTE AND IMPORT



 



Ready! Prospect list successfully created.

 

 

Validate duplicate leads when creating lists

 

One of the problems that some users faced when creating a list of leads, is that the system did not notify if the lead was in another list. The lead could be part of more campaigns, if that happened.



But now that's a thing of the past. When registering a list of leads, Spotter will notify you if the lead is already in another list and you can decide whether to use the same contact in different lists.



 

Automatically split lead lists

 

Previously, in  Email Cadence , it was only possible to select 2,000 contacts per list. You had to manually separate the number of contacts you would enter. This was laborious and a lot of time was lost in this process.

 

With that in mind, we made a change to  Exact Spotter  so that, when creating the list, the system allows the selection of more than 2,000 contacts.

 

Thus, when automatically saving the list it will be fractionated every 2 thousand contacts, creating new lists. You will be notified if this happens, as in the image below.
