How to set up groups of Pre-Salesors and Sellers? - Spotter V2

This functionality allows you to associate a certain group of pre-salespeople and salespeople, thus creating groups. In this way, it is possible to better manage the tool, in addition to allowing pre-salespeople to see more quickly which salespeople it is linked to. 

IMPORTANT:  When creating the group name, it is not allowed to use spaces (image 3), since, if you integrate with some CRM software, this space can be interpreted adversely and the integration will not occur until it is corrected.

We advise you to always use the special character underline ( _ ), as this is called a universal character.

To do this, perform the following steps:

Create a new group

Go to  Team (Side Menu)  >  Groups:

To create a new group, click on the  “ Register ” button :

Next, inform the name of the Group and the pre-salesperson(s) and/or salesperson(s) who will be part of this group and save in sequence. 

Your group is now created. You can create as many groups as you like. If you want groups with just Salespeople or just Pre-Salesors, that's also possible.

IMPORTANT :  If the pre-seller receives permission for actions in specific groups,   he must be part of this group .

edit group

If you want to edit a created group, follow these steps:

Go to Team (Side Menu) > Groups:

In the list, find the desired group, hover the mouse in the right corner, so the pencil icon will appear   to click and edit the desired group.

You can select multiple pre-sellers and sellers. To know if it was selected, you will notice that the respective name will appear in the list and automatically activate a check next to the selected name.

Afterwards, click on the “ Save ” button. That's it, your group has been edited. 

delete group

If you want to delete a created group, click on the 3 dots next to the group name and click  delete.

By clicking on “Delete” your group will be deleted.
