When entering the Leads Base (Funnel), it is possible to create activities for Leads at any stage of the funnel.
Just position the mouse over the lead's name and click on the three dots that appear on the lead's card and then select the "create activity" icon.
What are the activities for?
The main objective of the activities is to help in the pre-seller's routine, establishing actions such as: Callback, Check Availability for Meeting, Send E-mail, among others.
It is possible to set a date, time to contact the Lead, schedule a notification a few minutes or hours before the activity is carried out, and even add notes that can help you remember what you need to talk to the Lead at the time of the call. contact. Then just save the activity so that you don't run the risk of forgetting your appointment with the Lead.
Another way to create activities for Leads is to go to the “Activities” tab in the left side menu of the screen.
In this section, in addition to creating new activities for the Lead, by clicking on the blue button in the upper right corner of the screen (“Create Activity”), you can also have an overview of your activities scheduled so far.
