Use Exact Spotter's approach roadmap to empower your pre-salesperson with the best  business pitch  .

We know how challenging it is to have a clear and objective conversation with the  lead , especially in the first contact, where one of the objectives is to awaken his interest in getting to know us.

To make it easier for pre-salespeople to communicate with the  lead , the Spotter manager can set up an approach roadmap for each funnel filter step.

Check out some of the advantages when using  Exact Spotter's Approach Script  .

• Centralize all communication with the  lead  in one place

• Set aside supporting documents, external help pages, etc.;

• Approach + qualifying filters in one place = ♥.

• Create an approach roadmap and train pre-salespeople at the same time

• Is your pre-salesperson new? Need to improve speech? This feature was made for him! Develop an approach roadmap to help train communication with the  lead .

Follow below and learn how to create approach scripts in Exact Spotter quickly and easily.

1.  Log in to the Exact Spotter page .

a. Enter your email, password and click  Login.

2.  Access with the Manager profile the menu  Settings  >  Manage Filters (Questionnaires)

3.  Select the filter you want to configure the script and then click on the pencil icon under  edit .

4. When opening the filter, you will come across three types of  Approaches,  configure according to your strategic planning.

a. Pre-filter Approach : Commonly used to describe the initial approach to  introducing  the  lead;

b. Success Approach : Configure the text that your pre-salesperson must speak after the  lead  is qualified to advance to the next stage of the sales funnel;

c. Drop-off approach : Configure the text that your pre-salesperson should speak after the  lead  is not qualified in the filter.

5.  When finished, click  Save.

Settings made? Let's see in practice where the pre-salesperson visualizes the approach text.

1. Pre Filter Approach : It will be located above the questions to be applied;

2. Successful Filter Evaluation : It will be presented after evaluating the filter and the  lead  obtains the minimum qualification to advance to the funnel.

3. Filter Evaluation with Discard : It will be presented after evaluating the filter and the  lead  does not  obtain the minimum qualification to advance to the funnel.

Okay, now that you know how it works, just implement your  best  approaches and continue training your pre-sales team!
