Follow below and learn how to create approach scripts in Exact Spotter quickly and easily.
1. Log in to the Exact Spotter page .
a. Enter your email, password and click Login.
2. Access with the Manager profile the menu Settings > Manage Filters (Questionnaires)
3. Select the filter you want to configure the script and then click on the pencil icon under edit .
4. When opening the filter, you will come across three types of Approaches, configure according to your strategic planning.
a. Pre-filter Approach : Commonly used to describe the initial approach to introducing the lead;
b. Success Approach : Configure the text that your pre-salesperson must speak after the lead is qualified to advance to the next stage of the sales funnel;
c. Drop-off approach : Configure the text that your pre-salesperson should speak after the lead is not qualified in the filter.
5. When finished, click Save.
Settings made? Let's see in practice where the pre-salesperson visualizes the approach text.
1. Pre Filter Approach : It will be located above the questions to be applied;
2. Successful Filter Evaluation : It will be presented after evaluating the filter and the lead obtains the minimum qualification to advance to the funnel.
3. Filter Evaluation with Discard : It will be presented after evaluating the filter and the lead does not obtain the minimum qualification to advance to the funnel.
